How do I cancel my order?
Much of our fulfillment system is automated, so once an order has been placed, you have a one hour window to contact us via the contact form during operating hours (9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday) to modify the order. Once tracking has been assigned to an order the order is final.
Can I make a return or exchange?

There's something wrong with my product - what should I do?
If there is a manufacturing error with your Pretty Tasty product, please fill out our Quality & Feedback form. Please be as descriptive and detailed as possible and include photographs that will help us full understand the situation.
There's something wrong with my online order - what should I do?
In the event you receive an order that was damaged in transit or the wrong product, please let know using our Contact Form.
Once we verify the claim, we are happy to replace the damaged or incorrect product.
Shipping & Handling
I put in the wrong address during checkout - what do I do?
Much of our fulfillment system is automated, so once an order has been placed, you have a one hour window to contact us via the contact form during operating hours (9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday) to modify the order. If you put in the wrong shipping address at checkout and do not correct it there is very little we can do to help you so please verify the address and contact information is accurate at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order will be shipped from our fulfillment center within 2 business days. It then takes between 2-5 business days to ship. We use FedEx Ground for each order.
Which carrier do you use to ship orders?
FedEx Ground
Do you require signature upon delivery?
No. We also can NOT arrange for individual orders to require signatures.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No - FEDEX does not allow us to ship to PO Boxes

Each serving of Pretty Tasty, both ready to drink and the powders, contain 10 grams of collagen.
How many cans of Pretty Tasty Tea come in a case?
There are 12 individual cans of Pretty Tasty Tea per case.
How many sachets are in a Ready to Mix Pouch?
There are 30 sachets of Ready to Drink Pretty Tasty Tea in one pouch.
What kind of collagen peptides are used in Pretty Tasty Tea?
We use 10 grams of premium bovine collagen peptides in our Ready to Drink cans and Ready to Mix sachets. Our collagen peptides dissolve easily in water, are non-allergenic, and a great source of protein. Our collagen is also naturally packed with 18 different amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks and essential for protein synthesis, tissue repair, and nutrient absorption.
What type of sweetener is used in Pretty Tasty Tea?
Pretty Tasty Tea is sweetened with Stevia Leaf Extract.
How much water do you use with the Ready to Mix sachet?
We recommend mixing out Ready to Mix sachets with 8-16 ounces of water.
How to shake the Pretty Tasty cans?
To mix the Pretty Tasty cans please gently turn the can upside down 3 times before opening. Separation of the collagen can naturally occur.
What kind of tea is used in Pretty Tasty Tea?
Pretty Tasty Tea uses a base of black tea.
How much caffeine is in Pretty Tasty Tea?
Each serving of pretty tasty tea is lightly caffeinated naturally by the black tea base. There is about 60mg of caffeine per serving.
Do you use artificial coloring?
No - the pretty tasty products do not use any artificial colors. Our ready to drink cans are colored using trace amounts of black currant and carrot juices.
Are your products Non-GMO?
Yes - the Pretty Tasty products are non-GMO and we are working on getting it Non-GMO project certified.
Subscriptions
How frequently can I receive a Pretty Tasty subscription?
Pretty Tasty subscriptions are available in monthly and bimonthly intervals.
How can I check the status of my subscription?
You can log into your Pretty Tasty account here and by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner of any Pretty Tasty webpage.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription any time through the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip Payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit; remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can’t be renewed because a payment can’t be processed you will receive an email link where you can safely update your payment method.
